Money can be hard to come by, too, so buying everything in the shop isn’t reasonable for gamers that aren’t grinding out the Underground Tournament. That’s alright, some of these are better left in the shop. Every item in Dodgeball Academia is on this list and assigned category that veterans agree it belongs in.
S Tier
This is the best of the best and is completely unrivaled by other items. As a note to players who prefer to each food outside of combat instead of automatically heal with the First-Aid Kit, remember that there is no eating allowed during the Underground Tournament, so the First-Aid Kit becomes core for at least that event.

There is a lot to love and hate about Dodgeball Academia, but this list is mostly loveable. Anybody equipped with this gear is lethal on the court and worthy of fear.
B Tier
These are all great items, some of which can be equipped early. After getting the entire team together, the none main characters should be equipped with these and they will shine when it’s their turn to fight.
C Tier
These items are generally useful and should be equipped when there isn’t anything better to use. At the very least, they aren’t harmful, so they are nice and mindless to automatically equip. Regardless of throwing hard or soft, these won’t get in the way and will occasionally be useful.
D Tier

E Tier
These items can be situationally useful but are generally outclassed by other equipment or tend to harm the user unless they play in a specific way.
F Tier
The items in this section are harmful to the player. There is a slight exception for the Cursed Armor, but only when completing the challenges at the school, other than those, it should never be equipped.
