Attorney Alina Habba spoke to Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Friday about New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation into potentially fraudulent property valuations. James said on Tuesday that her office had uncovered “significant evidence” that the Trump Organization had used misleading valuations in order to gain “economic benefits.” Hannity asked Habba about the New York AG’s investigation and the allegations about the asset valuations. “Valuations of real estate property—valuations of any property—are really subjective,” Habba said....

The survey published by WBRC and conducted by the Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy firm found the president held strong leads over primary frontrunners Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg, as well as former frontrunners Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren. Trump was also found to have a double digit lead over former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who fared best against the commander-in-chief despite being a late entrant in the 2020 race....

A poll, conducted for CNN by SSRS from June 2 to 5 among 1,259 respondents, sees Trump’s approval rating at 38 percent and disapproval at 57, putting his net figure at -19. These figures, just less than five months from election day, mark the worst that CNN polling has recorded since January 2019. The University of Pennsylvania’s Daily Pennsylvanian will back a Democrat against Trump for the second time. In 2016, their opinion board endorsed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton alongside her college newspaper, the Wellesley News. The paper’s editor-in-chief Max Cohen and opinion editor Grant Bianco spoke to Newsweek about the editorial board’s decision. “We feel that as the student paper at President Trump’s alma mater we have a unique perspective, especially given how frequently President Trump touts his Wharton education,” Bianco said....

Kevin Boclair may have to undergo a lung transplant, Fox 29 reports.
